On Diversity, Leadership, and Social Change
GDD 3: Bryan, TX, USA
Hosted by Roemer Visser
20-22 April 2006
The Global Diversity Dialogue met for a third time back in Texas – this time in the quiet town of Bryan, near College Station – the home of Texas A&M University and about half way between Austin and Houston.
Here, once again, diversity was evident in not only the topics at hand – Gender Diversity, Religion, Immigration, and Corporate Cultures – but also in the various backgrounds, experiences and points of view of the 20+ participants.
Of particular interest in this dialogue was the inclusion of corporate experiences, perspectives and paradigms in the light of globalisation, leadership and the impact of media and corporate goals.
